The Alford Avenue Veterinary Hospital team has been providing exceptional general, wellness, and urgent veterinary care for pets in Hoover, Alabama, and the surrounding metro area since 1981. We serve dogs, cats, and exotics – and we’re dedicated to giving your animals compassionate and tender care for their entire lives.

Alford Avenue Animal Hospital Hours of Operation
We’re open Mondays – Saturdays, with early-morning hours and after-5 veterinary care appointments available. Our hours of operation are:
- Monday 7 am – 6 pm
- Tuesday 7 am – 6 pm
- Wednesday 7 am – 6 pm
- Thursday 7 am – 6 pm
- Friday 7 am – 6 pm
- Saturday 8 am – 12 pm
- Sunday Closed
